For the first time in nearly two years I’ve added another solution to my list of companies supplying software solutions capturing customer feedback, and we’re now on Company table V9. The latest addition is Kampyle used by the Dorsetforyou partnership and pointed out to me by my web manager colleague.
If you only have one channel, such as the web, that particular solution may be acceptable, but I’d still argue for a solution that collects and records across every channel used if you have more than the one! I’m still not promoting any particular solution, just arguing for the value of the model solution.

I just wanted to add that Kampyle does indeed collect and record feedback from multiple channels such as web advertisements, software applications, electronic documents (PDFs, emails), video, and QR codes that can be used in offline assets.
