E-forms

I’ve pointed to advice on Webcredible before, but this time it’s one for the techies – A guide to accessible e-forms. The further we head towards ‘digital-by-default, the more we need to ensure accessibility and whilst e-government will always exclude a proportion of the population, if we are to ensure that channel shift occurs voluntarily, the digital media will have to operate well.
